Salary: 90-100k Depending on Experience.

To uphold our high standards of support, we are expanding our Speech Pathology team with a new Full-time, permanent ongoing role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose communication and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessments and client needs.
* Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions to address a range of communication disorders, including speech, language, voice, and fluency issues.
* Client Support: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, both in-person and remotely, to support clients in achieving their communication goals. Offer guidance and support to clients and their families to enhance therapy outcomes.
* Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and therapy plans. Ensure all documentation adheres to NDIS guidelines and organizational standards.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the National Manager of Therapies on clinical resources, marketing, compliance, and business development initiatives.

Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
* Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in speech therapy, preferably within a NDIS context is ideal but not mandatory.
* Proficiency with speech pathology software and systems.
* Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and relevant checks (WWCC, NDIS screening, First Aid, CPR).
* High level of spoken and written English proficiency.
