The Developer team works with property developers, project marketers and media agencies to promote their Projects and New Homes through a suite of world-class display and classified media products across Australia’s favourite property websites and mobile apps.What the role is all aboutIn this permanent role, you will be a part of our high performing Developer Sales team in Melbourne. The Account Partner supports the Developer team in the following ways:Ensure revenue targets are met & exceeded each month, quarter and yearIdentify key prospects and develop sales proposals to meet the advertisers marketing and sales objectivesRegularly meet with customers to build knowledge of their business while promoting REA’s products and servicesUnderstand the local market, including new site launches, initiatives (within and outside existing client base) and general online industry developmentsBuild relationships with direct clients and keep abreast of any new developments and revenue opportunitiesProactively seek out new business and revenue opportunities, ensuring there is a sufficient pipeline of new/additional business to meet & exceed targetsPrepare and deliver quality sales presentations and proposals to prospects/agenciesWho we’re looking for…To set yourself up for success in this role you will have ideally gained experience in the following areas:Proven media sales experience, ideally in an online environmentKnowledge of the property developer industrySales experience to direct customers as well as ad/media agenciesGood knowledge of advertising processes and strategiesAnalytical skills, to enable reporting on client activityProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordBut we don’t just look for someone based on their skills and expertise.
