Merchant Solutions supports our customers to operate and grow their business, through the provision of innovative payment solutions that help them better engage with their customers and suppliers. As the Supplier Manager, the role requires operational responsibility for the ongoing and day-to-day management of the Suppliers in line with the Supplier Lifecycle Framework to effectively meet organisational, business objectives and strategic goals. You will provide oversight, governance, and reporting of key supplier KPI's, completion of regular CBA Group security and tiering assessments, delivery of programs that reduce risk &/or remediate issues where there is a supplier dependency.
3. Supplier Lifecycle Framework: Responsible for managing suppliers in line with the Supplier Lifecycle Framework.
4. Supplier Meetings: Attend all operations and governance supplier meetings and forums.
5. Reporting: Report on supplier performance and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
6. Financials: Where possible, identify cost savings opportunities within current contract structures.
7. Billing: Review and process all supplier billing invoices.
8. Supplier Risk Management: Responsible for proactively identifying, mitigating, and managing risks related to managing external suppliers.
9. Delivering change: Proactive identification and delivery of items of change that will optimise the service under contract for risk reduction for the Group.
10. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, build a strong relationship, and manage in accordance with relevant Group Policies and Standards.
Your Skills and Experience:

12. Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities. Success in the role requires the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.

14. Have a proven track record of delivering programs of change, ideally by directly managing a supplier relationship.
15. Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through change.
16. Experience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with others.
