About the role –
As a manual machinist operator, you will work closely with the team. Operate and optimise manual machines and CNC operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Interpret engineering drawings to meet specifications
* Perform regular quality checks on components
* Troubleshoot and resolve machine or workpiece issues
* Use precision measuring instruments for inspections
* Maintain a safe and organised work environment
Key Requirements for Success –
* 5+ years’ experience with CNC Machines
* Interpret engineering drawings to meet specifications and quality standards
* Troubleshoot machinery issues and ensure optimal calibration
* Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometres, callipers, height gauges).
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience programming CNC machines (Desirable)
* Forklift license (Desirable)
