Clinical Nurse (Endoscopy) We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse to join our Endoscopy Unit on a permanent part-time basis, with a capacity for a minimum of 64 hrs per fortnight across a variety of shifts. Minimum of 4 years' experience in Endoscopy Demonstrate advanced knowledge of endoscopic procedures GENCA membership Well-developed skills in communication, critical thinking & time management. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Developed skills to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care. The ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts a week and participate on the on-call The ability to rotate through separate areas of the unit including admissions, procedural rooms, recovery, discharges and reprocessing area. The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. A working knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and legislation Knowledge and ability to contribute towards effective risk management in compliance with WHS legislation Demonstrated application of contemporary infection control standards and practices Ability to participate in quality improvement activities Remuneration:The position of Registered Nurse in addition to our competitive salary packaging options, is a Classification/Grade with a base remuneration of $54.37 - $58.25 + superannuation based on experience level and relevant qualifications, exclusive of shift penalties or allowances.
