About the Role:
* Clinical Leadership: Oversee the clinical care team, ensuring best practices in care delivery and compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
* Care Coordination: Coordinate and monitor resident care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation to support holistic well-being.
* Team Empowerment: Lead by example, mentoring and supporting staff to achieve professional growth and excellence in care.
* Resident & Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and a positive experience.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance care standards and operational efficiency.
About You:
* Proven Clinical Experience: At least 2 years of clinical leadership experience in residential aged care or a similar healthcare setting.
* Professional Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Leadership Skills: Strong team leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.
* Clinical Expertise: Sound knowledge of aged care standards, care planning, and compliance requirements.
* Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
* Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to work weekends, with scheduled days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
