Full Job Description This Permanent/part time position is located in Mentone. The Role This position has come about due to the business expanding. They are looking for a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADMINISTRATOR to join their team on the road to their continued success. Knowledge of the transport industry is not essential but would be advantageous – and the successful candidate will be rewarded with a challenging role that offers a rare level of autonomy to get the job done. Importantly there will be scope to continue your personal career development to other areas of the business in due course – it’s really just up to you Reporting to the Customer Service Leader in Mentone, this role involves: Being the first point of contact for queries and information. Receive, investigate and respond to all Automotive Dealer enquiries received via email or phone, in relation to their Freight delivery. Learn and utilize Winfreight portal to assist with Proof Of Delivery SSCC information Dealer transfers Returns Maintain all associated Standard Operating Procedures Recording and reporting weekly Key Productivity Indicators Proof Of Delivery Monthly Audits The ideal candidate will: Be experienced in B2C warehousing and dispatch and love cars and logistics (advantageous but not essential) Be results orientated with a positive attitude and a strong customer service focus. Strong Tech skills Strong administration skills Be self-motivated – a proven ability to work steadily and accurately without direct supervision. Communicate professionally with customers, receivers, suppliers and service providers Have a willingness to learn and develop in a Supply Chain environment. Ideally hours are from 10am -5pm, (negotiable).
