Job Description Provide advice and support on HR policies and procedures. Assist with the recruitment process and onboarding of new team members. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives. Support the management team with performance management strategies. Assist with employee relations and industrial relations matters. Ensure compliance with all HR related legislation. Lead and support with HR project pieces. Contribute to the overall success of the Human Resources department. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. Strong generalist HR experience. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
