About the role
OPS1
5. Employees at this level are subject to close direction and will undertake functions requiring the practical application of basic skills and knowledge. Training is a predominant feature at this level.
6. Contribute to effective and efficient laboratory services by sorting and accessioning specimens according to set protocols, providing accurate data entry, assisting with preparatory duties, storage and transport of specimens.
7. The Operational Services Officer is required to manage internal and external customer enquiries effectively and professionally.
OPS2
Employees at this level are subject to general direction and undertake a range of functions requiring the practical application of acquired skills and knowledge.
8. Contribute to the effective and efficient laboratory services by sorting and accessioning specimens according to set protocols, proving accurate data entry, assisting with preparatory duties, storage and transport of specimens.
9. The Operational Services Officer is required to manage internal and external customer enquiries effectively and professionally.

Essential Requirements:
