Although we are new to Mildura, we have a proven track record of successfully providing services in regional, rural and remotes areas right across the East Coast of Australia. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to join our esteemed national team of community services professionals, all committed to helping individuals live well and independently.

About the Role:
* As a Support Worker, you will provide care for individuals over the age of 65 in the Mildura community.
* Enjoy secure permanent part-time employment with guaranteed hours of up to 40 per fortnight, this may be more depending on your availability.
* Experience variety by visiting clients in their homes within the Mildura region.
* Receive a base hourly rate of $30.94 plus the 11.5 % superannuation and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging.
* We welcome applicants with or without Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
* Increase your take-home pay through our not-for-profit salary packaging.
* Enjoy the freedom of a mobile work environment with a travel allowance of 99 cents per kilometer for driving between services.
* Receive a daily mobile allowance when using your own device for work-related purposes.

Who are you?
* You have a deep understanding of and passion for working with the elderly and can assist with any personal care or domestic assistance duties.
* Possess a current driver's license.
* Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability or equivalent is essential
* Have a registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
* Feel confident in using different forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
* Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate or are willing to obtain one.
* Are willing to undergo a National Police Check.
* Have a flexible approach to availability and are open to being rostered between the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
* Throughout your onboarding process, you will receive comprehensive induction and all the necessary information to excel in this role.
