Salary: £28k with a £30k OTE
The role of Team Leader is responsible for staff training, development, and overall profitability of the car rental station.
The Sales Executives will be selling car rental to holiday makers, local businesses, and the public. If the client has a car already booked online, you need to get the sales team to upgrade and add on extras for the car rental.
Upgrades include luxury cars, bigger cars, offer better insurance than already booked, offer child/baby seats, and up sell satellite navigation.
Main responsibilities:
* Service based sales management
* Staff training, development, coaching and corrective action
* Sales and financial reporting
* Staff performance management and team building to achieve sales objectives
* Maximise incremental sales through effective training and staff development
* Work closely with management and department leaders
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
* Experience in management of direct customer contact
* Ability to exercise sound judgment and make prudent decisions
* Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across the organisation with peers, staff and management, both written and verbal
* Strong team-oriented leadership skills and proven track record in a management role
* Ability to attract, evaluate, coach, and advance staff to create an effective team
* Working knowledge Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point.
