The menu will be focused around pizzas from the wood-oven, smaller snacks and arrosticini skewers; delivered through fun, informative service, in a wine-bar like atmosphere.The RoleChef roles at Anchovy Bandit: These roles will be working with Executive Chef Shane Wilson, who joined us after many years working in fine dining in acclaimed Restaurants such as Hentley Farm, Orana, and Bistro Dom. Shane's Menu, with the help of our Head Chef Antonio Pruner, is always about premium produce and big flavours.
