We are committed to providing innovative solutions and services to our clients, particularly in the Supply Chain, Engineering and Manufacturing industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
2. Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods
3. Evaluate resumes and applications
4. Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
5. Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
6. Complete paperwork for new hires
7. Capable of business development and client relationship management
8. Input into companies services and future directions
9. Overall values based approach
10. Business and Sales Development to grow Supply Chain Logistics portfolio
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need a combination of the following;
11. Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering
12. Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics, Manufacturing and/or Engineering (mandatory)
13. Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
14. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
15. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
16. Ability to work independently and also part of a team
17. Strong decision-making skills
18. Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory)
19. Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing
20. Ability to work cross functionally with HR Consulting professionals
21. Continuous improvement approach to work processes
22. Must have working rights in Australia
