Acting as a centralised HR contact point across DuluxGroup ANZ, the role provides advice, actions employee life cycle activities and delivers key business initiatives and PCC programs. This role is vital in delivering continuous improvement initiatives in each of our lifecycle journeys and beyond with a focus on automation, self service and the experience of the leader and employee.This is a part time, 30.4 hours per week role.
