We are seeking a dedicated Branch Administrator to join Team Global Express in Port Hedland and ensure the seamless operation of branch activities. Key Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties, ensuring urgency, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks Maintain and update staff and training databases Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all employee records are maintained and up to date Ensure all documentation is processed efficiently, keeping work in progress to a minimum Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and relay messages professionally Order uniforms when required Manage office-based stock and inventory Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients Skills & Experience Extensive experience in administration, ideally in supporting branch operations Experience in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments Proven exposure to customer service or reception roles, with a focus on professionalism and accuracy Ability to quickly learn and operate various business systems and software programs Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications High accuracy with data entry and exceptional attention to detail National police clearance (within the last 6 months) or the ability to obtain one Benefits Monday to Friday, 38-hour work week - 7:30am - 3.30pm (finish time negotiable) 11.5% Superannuation Contributions Weekly Pay Temp to Perm Opportunity for the right candidate Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to support your successful start in the role Be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment, where your experience is valued Work for a stable and established company with a strong presence in the transport and logistics industry About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
