POMT is a nationwide Workplace Technology solutions provider.We have an exciting opportunity within our Sydney Team and are seeking to hire a Senior Installation Technician/Site Lead to join our team.Who you areThis role calls for an innovative, ambitious, and self-driven professional who is highly experienced in the installation of Audio Visual and associated technologies within large project and construction environments.You are both technical and process-minded with a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide impeccable communication.You are able to provide brilliant customer service whilst engaging with all POMT team members involved in the project deployment activities.You will be responsible for onsite installation activities alongside our teams who are passionate about what they do and why they do it.You are experienced in solution integration (both physical and virtual) and have a passion for delivery, a desire to learn and to rapidly develop your own expertise.Key Role ResponsibilitiesInstall and oversee various Audio Visual and IT hardware on-site.Ensure smooth coordination of installation activities on construction sites, working with other trades and stakeholders.Manage the site coordination, installation, and termination of cable infrastructure in accordance with project requirements.Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.Maintain a strong focus on detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of all installations, documentation, and reports.Manage and conduct thorough testing of installed solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.Oversee and manage the acquisition, maintenance, and return of equipment and machinery used in installations.Cable infrastructure installation and termination.More About YouWe are looking for seasoned expertise as an AV Installer and Site Leader including but not limited to:Being a highly proficient AV installation technician with a positive attitude.Demonstrating the ability to work on construction sites and coordinate with other trades and fellow installers.Possessing a solid understanding of Audio Visual design principles.Exhibiting self-management skills and making logical day-to-day operational decisions.Proficiency in reading and interpreting floor plans and schematics.Cable infrastructure installation and termination.Quick learning ability.Driving and contributing effectively within a team.Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Possessing a valid Green/White Card for site safety.If you are an experienced and motivated professional who excels in the Audio Visual installation field, capable of delivering high-quality projects, we encourage you to apply for this NSW Audio Visual Installation Site Lead position.
