Responsibilities:
* Evaluate changes to determine their relevance to risk management.
* Perform detailed risk assessments to identify potential risks linked to change initiatives.
* Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
* Analyse the effects of proposed changes on various areas of the organisation, such as processes, systems, technology, regulatory requirements, and stakeholders.
* Conduct inherent and residual risk assessments related to each change.
* Actively participate in all regulatory compliance activities associated with this role including required training, meetings and information sessions.
What you'll need to succeed:
* At least 5-7 years of experience in an Tech/IT Operational Risk role from the Banking/Insurance/Super industry
* Certifications, such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CIPP, CISM is an added advantage
* Detailed understanding of IT risk management and control assurance.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills
