Due to exceptional growth and success, the RPS Project Management team is seeking a motivated and qualified Project Manager who has previous experience in successfully delivering client-side projects. You will be predominantly working on government projects within our North Queensland Project Management division, with opportunities in the future to expand out into other client markets.The ideal candidate will have experience in Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management, Refit, Property Management, and similar. This position is based in Townsville, with a high-performing team that is a market leader in project management specializing in the delivery of large complex projects.About YouA tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, or similar is desirable;Experience within the construction space and looking to make a move into client-side projects with a professional mindset;Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, particularly Head Contract, Managing Contractor, and Design and Construct is preferable;Great communication and stakeholder management skills;Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner;Proactive and able to think strategically;Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance;Experience in client-side Project Management in the industries mentioned above and familiarity with government procurement rules (preferable but not essential);AIPM Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous.What’s On OfferAlong with a competitive salary, RPS provides a welcoming and collaborative work environment amongst a team of dedicated and pragmatic environmental experts.
