Are you an experienced retail leader that’s passionate in fashion and ready to step up in your career? We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead the team at their Belconnen store. This is an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your drive and initiative to support the end-to-end operations of the store.
The Role |
In this role you will:
1. Collaborate closely with the team to drive our sales and meet goals
2. Understand your customers’ needs: offering styling advice to ensure they look and feel great
3. Support internal and external events activities to drive awareness and sales
4. Mentor and motivate our high-performing team to improve their sales skills and the customer experience
5. Manage inventory and visual merchandising of the store
6. Manage monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgets
7. Elevate merchandising standards to ensure the premium status of the store.
The Skillset |
The successful candidate might have a background similar to this:
8. Retail leadership/management experience
9. Strong leadership skills to support your exceptional team
10. Experience in providing personable Customer Service experience and building genuine relationship with our customers!
11. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
12. Experience with Microsoft Office, POS and EFTPOS facilities
13. Availability to work to a Store Leadership roster - note that his may required some flexibility to work special event trading hours, such as seasonal trade (e.g. sales events, Boxing Day, etc).
