Davis Glass are currently looking to recruit experienced andqualified Mechanical Engineering Technicians to join their team in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will need toundertake and possess:
* Running and analysing diagnostic tests on a wide range of agricultural machinery/equipment and tractors
* Maintain, test and repair/replace mechanical assemblies on heavy plant/machinery and tractors
* Perform assessments and repairs in the field and workshop
* Perform preventative maintenance
* Fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components for products such as machinery, equipment and measuring instruments
* Work within timeframes and servicing schedules and maintain records
* Installing equipment and testing operations
Skills and Abilities:
* Ideally have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related
* A minimum of three years’ experience
* The ability to work in a team environment
Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
