As they continue their growth journey, they're seeking an experienced Performance / Growth Marketing Manager to lead their paid media strategy and deliver high-impact results. This is an exciting opportunity to lead their marketing division, with plans for future expansion to support business growth and scalability. You'll take ownership of performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and video, driving membership growth and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid media strategies to grow the membership base and drive revenue.Oversee and manage performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and video channels, optimising for maximum ROI.Optimise and manage campaigns, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.Collaborate with the design team to create high-converting ads and landing pages.Identify, evaluate, and test new channel opportunities to expand marketing reach and impact.Manage budget allocation across paid media channels, ensuring a positive return on investment.Serve as the subject matter expert on mobile attribution and campaign performance, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.Produce regular performance reports and share insights with marketing and leadership teams.Collaborate with design and product teams to develop optimised, high-converting landing pages.Understand market trends and identify retargeting and lookalike opportunities to maximise campaign performance.Take on additional tasks as requested by the company to support team growth and success.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in performance marketing, ideally within the B2C tech or related industries.Strong expertise in paid social, search, display, and video advertising.Deep understanding of mobile attribution with the ability to track and optimise campaign performance.Creative mindset, with the ability to collaborate with design and product teams to produce compelling creatives.Excellent communication skills and the ability to report and present campaign performance effectively.Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.If you're a results-driven, creative, and strategic performance marketer ready to take on a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
