Finance Business Partner - Waroona (NFP)Our client, a leading NFP organisation in Waroona, is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team.
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for leading the financial management, development, and reporting functions for this NFP's aged care, home care, and independent living services.
This role will play a key part in managing the organisation's accounting systems, policies, and financial processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations, and contributing to the organisation's strategic planning and business growth.
The organisation will assist the successful employee to relocate to Waroona should they wish to move.
What you'll be doing: Payroll Administration and Workers' Compensation ManagementMonitor, review, and report on changing financial regulatory obligations relevant to the aged care and home care sectors.Manage external financial audits, ensuring the organisation meets compliance standards and maintains an effective audit trail.Deliver on the organisation's strategic intentions and achieve key business goals.Develop and maintain effective financial systems, policies, and processes, ensuring compliant usage across the organisation.Manage and report the organisation's financials at Board level, including the annual budget and monthly financial statements.Monitor, review, and report on financial regulatory obligations to the Senior Management Team and Board.Timely and accurate development of financials for business cases, funding submissions, and tender documents.Ensure compliant and accurate reconciliations against budget.Execute accurate month-end transactions, including accruals, prepayments, and BAS returns.What you'll need: Demonstrated post-graduate accounting experience, preferably within aged care or healthcare sectors.Experience with aged care funding models is advantageous.Bachelor's degree in accounting.CPA or CA Registration.Current National Police Certificate.What's in it for you: Relocation assistance is available if you are seeking to move to Waroona.Work with an organisation that has a supportive and inclusive work environment that values and celebrates diversity.Competitive compensation package including $15,900 tax-free income every year.Free onsite parking.How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button below to submit your resume, together with a covering letter.
