DESCRIPTION
Sales Administrator Power Gen
In this role, you will support customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales, Lead to close. You will execute and support selected sales related activities under limited supervision.
You will make an impact in the following ways:
1. Provide local sales support for sales team & low kVA Dealers which entails order creation, advising stock availability, arranging movements of sets & invoicing.
2. Support local project managers for project invoicing claims & processing of supplier purchase orders and invoices.
3. Manage sales forecast with sales team.
4. Order diaries and merchandise for sales team and dealers.
5. Manage dealer & sales teams holds.
6. Monthly finance report management and submission
7. Process supplier invoices.
8. Prepare monthly sales commission claims.
9. Submit new vendor requests where required.
10. Assist in collating South Pacific invoicing data for quarterly forecast submission by finance.
11. Provide weekly updates on invoicing data and movements for finance.

12. SAP experience required

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
