We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Valuation Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Perth. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Valuation Analyst, you will support the valuation of property, plant, equipment, and infrastructure assets for leading corporate and public sector organisations across the Pacific region. You will work will have the opportunity to contribute to the team providing wide-ranging advice, primarily to assist with insurance and financial reporting valuation requirements across WA and Australia.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a soon-to-be graduate, recent graduate, or someone with a 1–2-year engineering/valuation background to grow their career in cost engineering valuations and capital cost estimating.
We will count on you to:
* Assist the National valuation team in research and data analysis across property, plant, equipment, and infrastructure asset classes.
* Conduct supervised site inspections and fieldwork.
* Compile reports and spreadsheets, including data transfer, formatting, and formulas.
* Liaise with client representatives and arrange project plans and site inspections.
* Support senior staff with general valuation, research, and analysis tasks.
What you need to have:
* Degree (or soon to be completed Degree) in Property Valuation, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and broad computer competency.
* A desire and willingness to learn new skills to complement your existing skills.
