As we continue on our growth journey, we are searching for a passionate and visionary Head of Sales & Marketing to co-lead our commercial strategy and drive our brand to new heights. The Role

* Act as the co-architect of our commercial strategy, working closely with the founders to ensure growth while staying true to the brand’s creative and expressive DNA.
* Develop and implement a visionary sales and marketing strategy that differentiates us in the marketplace, inspiring both the internal team and our loyal customer base.
* Lead a passionate and dynamic team, driving growth through innovative omnichannel strategies and expanding our global reach.
* Build and optimise business operations, using data-driven insights to ensure commercial success and efficiency.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development within our sales and digital teams.
About You
Our client is looking for a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion accessories industry who is ready to step into a role with unlimited growth potential. Ideally, you have:
* At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven success in driving sales and marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including e-commerce, wholesale, retail, PR, and traditional marketing.
* A strategic mindset combined with a creative flair and a strong commercial acumen.
* A natural ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
* A passion for luxury fashion and a deep appreciation for artistry and craftsmanship.
