The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for markets, finance, and trading, and strong development capabilities to create applications and solutions.About the role: In this role you will be interacting directly with senior business and technology teams as they work end to end across various projects. Engaging directly with stakeholders at all levels with varying technical expertise.Development - development of new models, uplifting existing models, data engineering and automation of manual processes. Whilst adhering to standardised development and internal technology stacks.Strategic development - contribute to the evolution of tactical solutions into long-term assets. Share technical knowledge and promote best practices.Data Advisory - understand and advise on data models, sources, and their relationships. Assist stakeholders in selecting and utilising the best data for their needs.Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as a quantitative developer within an investment/trading or front office environment.Advanced development skills in Python, however other languages can be considered such as C#, .NET, or C++ etc.Tertiary in quantitative discipline such as mathematics/statistics/engineering etc.Strong stakeholder management/engagement across business and technology teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
