We are seeking a Business Manager to support the Principal in the business management of the College. The successful candidate will provide expertise in financial, administrative, and management functions.
The Business Manager will be responsible for:
1. Strategic Management of College Resources
2. Human Resource Advice and Support
3. Property and Building Maintenance Coordination
4. General Asset Management
5. Information Technology Planning and Implementation
6. Workplace Health and Safety Coordination
7. Community Relations and College Development
8. Management of School Support Staff
9. General Administration Functions
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Qualifications in a relevant field supported by commercial/educational experience
2. At least three years' experience in a supervisory role within finance and/or business administration
3. Current knowledge and understanding of accounting practices, HR management, industrial relations, and WHS legislation
4. Sound knowledge of the building and construction industry and project management
5. Understanding of management information systems
6. Excellent communication and consultation skills
7. Relational leadership style and advanced computer skills
8. Commitment to the College ethos and Mission
