Servicing a well-established market, they are known for their responsiveness and have some very large national and international corporate customers as their clients. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Service Manager to lead and support their team in Queensland with the intention of expanding to manage the service team nationally in time. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting into the General Manager, in this newly created position, you will take ownership of the management of all service functions in the Queensland office, overseeing 10 staff, while managing the growth and quality of service. You will provide clear leadership and be the primary escalation point regarding service delivery, scheduling and customer engagement. Key functions are as follows. Be responsible for the growth, sales revenue and delivery of KPI’s for the National Service Maintenance business Oversee and be ultimately responsible for the success of the Services Division in all states Manage and overcome issues that arise in the day to day running of the division Support, supervise and hold accountable relevant staff within your reporting structure Act as primary escalation point for all clients that may have technical or commercial concerns relating to the division or the equipment they have Support the coordination, allocation of labor, booking, scheduling and completing technical service works associated with breakdowns any service-related enquiries Be responsible for the successful implementation of ongoing Service contracts to all clients including but not limited to our Tier 1 Client base. Seek out new opportunities to expand the division, quote on new works and liaise with clients to support this growth Monitor to day-to-day success of the service team, overseeing and inspecting works completed to ensure quality of works remains in line with company expectations Complete site visits where required to support any service division quoting, repairs or technical services SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE To be considered for this role, you will bring.
