In this position you will: Oversee and lead the product agile scrum team Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with commission objectives Manage the planning and delivery of defect fixes and minor enhancements Input and maintain all product and user information on Atlassian and Azure DevOps toolsets Monitor product performance and key metrics, conduct data analysis, and gather insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement Oversee and all testing as required on enhancements and changes to the system Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback on product features and enhancements Build strong relationships and effectively communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels Foster collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery Drive a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability Provide progress updates to the senior management and governing bodies Please refer to the attached position description for the principal functions and key selection criteria.
