Senior Business Banking Manager Role
About the Role
* Maintain and leverage relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants, and business owners to drive new customer acquisitions and increase Funds Under Management.
* Develop and maintain a structured sales operating rhythm to achieve strong sales momentum and identify opportunities using data and insights.
* New to bank acquisition, including cold calling, to effectively manage overall sales and revenue performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Business Development skills, partnering with individuals and/or organizations to pursue strategic initiatives and drive commercial value.
* Relationship Management skills, building and maintaining relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Credit assessment and management skills, assessing, advising, monitoring, and approving customer credit worthiness and suitable credit structuring options.
