The role: With offices all over Australia, this close-knit and upbeat Call Centre team enjoys working from modern, high-rise offices in North Sydney and are a super positive bunch of great employees. Job reponsibilities will include:- Leading, mentoring and coaching the call centre team to achieve results. Implement strategies, monitor KPI's and performance. Script and objection handling Lead management utilising CRM Conduct individual and group training sessions, including onboarding Provide a high level of service to customers and lead by example You will have: As the Team Leader of this highly successful team, we are looking for candidates who have a strong background and experience gained in a contact centre environment and are able to demonstrate experience in managing and overseeing a small number of staff. To be successful in this position, you must be well presented, nurturing, supportive, trustworthy and likeable, with excellent communication skills and phone manner. You will be tasked with leading the contact centre team to success, so proven experience in coaching, mentoring and developing staff will be required. Additionally, you must have excellent time management skills and the ability to self lead, problem solve and make decisions.
