This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team with flexible working arrangements with WFH 2 days per week.The day to dayResponsibilities include:Debt collection – Call clients directly to follow up on overdue paymentsAnswering incoming phone calls and managing an inboxUpdate management on account statusProcess credit card paymentsFollow up on cash sale clientsRelease results for cash sale clientsManage client journal allocationsReconcile debtor accountsAllocate client paymentsThe EssentialsExcellent communication and reconciliation skills are essential for success in this role.
