The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to collaborate across a range of service areas. Importantly, the successful GM will have the business skills and sensitivity to tap into the power that each member of the team brings to this mission.While it is essential that the GM brings efficient and effective systems to increase the productivity of the organization, it is also critical that the team retains the creative spark that drives the GYBS vision.
