Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Work alongside business leaders and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Promote a positive and inclusive company culture. Lead a HR Advisor to support HR activities. The Successful Applicant To be successful you will demonstrate: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Energy & Natural Resources sector. Significant time spent in a generalist role operating at a senior level. Experience working with both senior stakeholders and operational staff. Excellent understanding of HR functions and best practices. Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
