About the role: We are looking for a curious, driven and hands-on Product Manager to help grow and scale our Practice Management software product. In this role, you will develop innovative solutions that simplify our customers' lives while demonstrating ROI and aligning with strategic goals.
Key accountability for the role includes: Establish and execute the product roadmap and backlog within an agile development framework. Inspire the team to engage with and contribute to the product idea and direction. Use product strategy, metrics, and customer insights (both qualitative and quantitative) to guide the product's evolution. Engage your colleagues in design thinking and discovery workshops to ensure alignment on the key problems to address. Act as the internal voice and advocate to the customer by regularly involving real users in the process. Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from planning and research to design, development and launch. Work collaboratively with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to shape our products in a way that will strike a balance between achieving business results and bringing value to users. Embed yourself into the daily workflow, ensuring the team has everything necessary to maintain progress. Contribute to the development of user training and support documentation by providing insights and materials. Experience required: Previous experience as a Product Manager (approximately 3+ years) within cross-functional teams (product, design, development) following agile methodologies. Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle within the technology sector. Experience in B2B SaaS, with a clear understanding of the commercial metrics and product experience that underpin these business models. Demonstrated experience in engaging and collaborating with stakeholders (internal and external), including delivering exceptional verbal and written communications to tell a clear, compelling narrative in simple language suitable for the audience.
