Production Planner/ Scheduler I (Blood Virus) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the creation of BV formulation schedules and the control of work orders and materials for BV formulation area working closely with the Formulation supervisor and team.
This position is part of the Production Operations team located just outside Tulla in Lismeehan, O'Callaghan's Mills, Co. Clare and will be based onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Create and maintain the weekly/monthly Blood Virus (BV) formulation schedule.
2. Create and book of BV work orders and materials.
3. Support inventory control of WIP and materials through Kanban audits, cycle counts and MRB process.
4. Complete BHR GDP review.
5. Submit QC/fill pack BV paperwork.
6. Order consumables.
7. Actively engage in DBS culture to drive continuous improvement.
The essential requirements of this role include:
8. Bachelors Degree (Level 8) in Science or Engineering
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
9. Experience in a laboratory or industrial environment.
10. Knowledge of Oracle or an MRP system.
11. Communication with cross functional teams.
