The Role:
With a Statewide focus, the Change Manager will provide high-level consultancy services in support of Healthcare and Financial Sustainability Improvements. This includes:
* Leading change management activity and transition of change into business and clinical areas.
* Working with the project leads and working parties across the State to support a consistent and coordinated approach to implementing the sustainability framework.
* Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to support the implementation of project initiatives.
You will need to
* Provide authoritative advice regarding implementation of strategic initiatives and in dealings with internal and external stakeholders about the delivery of project outcomes.
* Develop change management plans and strategies that support program outcomes including managing communications changes and consultation requirements into the wider business to improve engagement and change acceptance.
* Ensure that change management activities are aligned to DoH policies, core business functions and relevant legislation, including identifying issues and undertaking meetings and negotiations.

Details of appointment: General Stream, Band 7
Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2026 .

Salary: $128,102 to $134,832 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
