You will execute change initiatives across one or more streams of work within the Data & Tech Risk Function supporting uplift of Data and AI literacy.Join our forward-thinking team that values innovation and purposeful work, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders on diverse projects and programs that impact the entire organisation.Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Role Type: 12 months Fixed-termRole Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/weekWhat will your day look like?We're looking for a Change Manager with experience in data and AI programs to lead and implement a sustainable change approach.Lead Change Initiatives: Drive the change and communications approach, plan, and delivery, providing change thought leadership to Data and AI literacy programs of work creating sustainable change and learning outcomes.Collaborate Effectively: Work with the Program Team to develop and monitor your program change plans, measurement strategies, and reporting activities.Drive Communication approach: Develop, manage and oversight of communication solutions and plans to achieve objectives.Share Knowledge: Contribute to the broader Capability and Change team by sharing knowledge, success, and continuous improvement.Mitigate Risks: Identify, predict, and monitor program risks, designing and implementing mitigations and engagement strategies.Facilitate Workshops: Lead, and participate in, cross-workstream workshops to understand change and learning requirements to support positive customer and employee experiences.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Proven ability to apply, develop and adapt change approaches, and create engaging and effective change solutions.Sound knowledge of change and or project management concepts.The ability to facilitate training, and conduct problem solving, impact analysis and other workshops.A natural communicator able to develop compelling communications and messaging that resonates and is fit for purpose to convey benefits, allay concerns, and prompt action across diverse audience groups.The capability to work flexibly with diverse personalities, sentiment levels, and moods effectively.Ability to work under pressure, prioritising and escalating effectively.Familiarity with problem solving, and process improvement methods.The ability to design and produce graphics and visualisations.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
