The Firm Law Staff is partnering with a well-established law firm with a strong presence in the community, known for it's client-focused approach and commitment to excellence. The firm is currently seeking two dedicated Conveyancing Paralegals or Conveyancing Assistants to join the team. One role is based in the southern suburbs, and the other in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.
This Role : You will work in one of the offices located either in the southern or northern suburbs, taking on a key role in managing all aspects of conveyancing matters. You will be responsible for handling 30 to 40 conveyancing matters per month, excluding the preparation of initial and final letters, which is managed by support staff. This role also includes stepping in to manage conveyancing matters during the leave of other conveyancers.
You will be a vital part of the conveyancing practice, providing comprehensive services including but not limited to:
1. A-Z Management of Conveyancing matters
2. Ad Hoc duties during Conveyancer leave
Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will ideally be a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant with a proven track record. Additionally, you will possess:
3. Experience in managing A-Z conveyancing matters from start to finish
4. Proficiency with Smokeball or LEAP software, and PEXA
5. Ability to handle conveyancing matters independently and efficiently
