A day in the life of a Head of Property Partnerships…Oversee agreements with accommodation partners such as Home in Place, Department of Communities and Justice, Department of Family Fairness, and QLD Housing.Ensure partners are held accountable for providing quality accommodation options to participants.Manage the performance of suppliers (Arc Facilities and Chub) and ensure they meet governance standards.Respond to and action maintenance requests promptly to ensure accommodation remains fit for purpose.Maintain documents and manage the governance framework with partners.Organise and lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings.Set agendas and follow up on action items from meetings.Work closely with and support the Head of Facilities.Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate records of collaboration agreements.Use systems to store and manage documentation effectively.About youDegree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, Facilities and Property Management, or similar field (or extensive equivalent experience).Extensive senior management experience in strategic, business-focused partnering.Experience in developing and managing governance frameworks and partner relationships with a proven track record in KPIs, including customer satisfaction, risk and compliance, and quality management.Operational experience across multiple asset classes in a geographically dispersed organisation.Broad financial and commercial experience in a fast-paced industry.Results-driven with a proven commitment to achieving goals while managing the tension between financial and social purposes. Ability to assess risk and respond appropriately.Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and cultivate a network, fostering greater collaboration.Experience managing a P&L, developing budgets, monitoring performance, and forecasting outcomes.
