THE ROLE:
Working closely with a highly sought-after Workplace Relations Partner, you'll lead in representing a diverse client base across a range of cutting-edge employment, safety, and IR law matters, including:
5. Drafting complex employment agreements and contracts
6. Addressing restraint of trade issues
7. Handling unfair dismissal and general protection claims
8. Developing enterprise bargaining strategies
9. Resolving industrial disputes
10. Managing disciplinary and performance matters
11. Investigating workplace bullying, harassment, and discrimination
12. Overseeing workplace health and safety investigations
YOU AS A CANDIDATE:
We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years' post-admission experience in employment, industrial relations, and or safety, ideally gained from a top-tier, leading mid-tier national, or specialised law firm. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:
