The sales team will set up a number of market appraisals & filter through hot leads from their personal database, a that structure encourages agents to pass on potential business through to the Business Development Manager.

Your date-to-day tasks will include.
1. Manage New Business Enquiries through business & internal referrals
2. Work closely with the Sales Agents & Property Managers to optimise their databases & rent roll
3. Maintain and develop client relationships
4. Offer professional advice to clients
5. Market appraisals - sometimes with the sales agents
6. Cultivate & hunt down fresh new business leads
The Candidate:
7. A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
8. Previous experience in a Real Estate business development
9. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
10. Have great attention to detail and take pride in what you do
11. Excellent time management skills
12. Be a strong team player
