About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide high-level HR support and strategic advice to our leadership team.
* Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
* Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes in line with government policies and legislation.
* Workforce Planning & Development: Lead workforce planning initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
* Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, providing HR expertise to drive smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
* Performance & Engagement: Lead efforts to enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention through tailored HR initiatives.
* Policy & Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, advising on legislative changes and their impact on the organization.
* Coaching & Mentoring: Coach and mentor managers and leaders to develop their HR capabilities and drive a positive, high-performance culture.
About You
We are looking for a Senior HR professional with a strong background in government HR, employee relations, and strategic workforce management.
* Proven Experience: Extensive experience in HR management, including a strong understanding of government HR frameworks, policies, and procedures.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders and influence key decisions.
* Employee Relations Expertise: In-depth knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
* Change Management: Experience leading change initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
* Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
