The Central Land Council (CLC) is a corporate Commonwealth entity established under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976. The CLC represents traditional landowners, native title holders and other Aboriginal people in the southern half of the Northern Territory—an area of almost 780,000 square kilometres.
The CLC provides its constituents with advice, advocacy and practical assistance to support their aspirations, manage their land and realise and protect their rights.

THE ROLE
PAYROLL SUPERVISOR - HR011 - ALICE SPRINGS
CL 6 $83,728.00 Progressing to SO C $115,905.00
The Payroll Supervisor oversees payroll operations, ensuring compliance in processing pay for employees, Central Land Council (CLC) council, external entities, and identified Aboriginal corporations. They lead the transition from Chris21 to a new payroll and Human Resources Information System (HRIS), managing project meetings and ensuring timely completion. The role involves creating process manuals, supporting reporting and compliance, updating HR policies, and contributing to HR projects for holistic human resources management within the CLC.
