The Venue
Are you ready to take a trip down to Good Luck Restaurant Lounge? Justin Hemmes and executive chef Mike Eggert’s (Totti’s) new restaurant captures the spirit of the 1970s’ underground scene by way of Brooklyn, Tokyo or Hong Kong – taking its inspiration from all over.
The main dining room is framed by three large fish tanks with live seafood, two wine rooms, private and semi-private dining rooms, and a bar. Think pasta and noodles, fire roasted fish collar with lemongrass. Or try bbq beef short rib, betel leaf and condiments followed by yuzu almond baba with sake cream.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who has experience in high volume elevated dining restaurants. If you thrive on delivering excellence in guest experience, have an interest to work with Asian cuisine, and want to have a great time while working in one of the most sought out venues, we would love to hear from you.
