Who we're looking for:

Responsible for directing and managing the activities of staff, sub-contractors, and consultants on Multiplex construction sites in accordance with construction program requirements, the Site Supervisor is also responsible for controlling costs and complying with Quality Assurance, OH&S, and Industrial Relations legislation.
With previous experience on large-scale commercial projects in the Tier 1/Tier 2 building & construction space the successful candidate will have specialist skills in structures, steel, façade, building services, fit-out finishes, cranes etc.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
* A trade qualification or equivalent experience + in-depth knowledge of building/construction trades
* Supervisory experience on-site on mid to large-scale commercial projects in the Tier 1/Tier 2 space.
* Knowledge of OH&S legislation, policies, and procedures + knowledge of Building Code of Australia
* Ability to read technical construction drawings and a hands-on understanding of structures, steel, façade, building services, fit-out finishes, cranes etc.
