Key Responsibilities:Good understanding of Laptop, desktop, software, imaging & Printers etc.Build and maintain good understanding stakeholder relationships.Understand business priorities, impact, and urgency across all areas.Coordinate with 3rd Party vendors for delivery of IT equipment.Escalate issues to vendors, and work towards resolution e.g., Kiosks, Scanners, Printers etc.ITIL Responsibilities:Ensure ITIL practices are followed by team.Good understanding of incident management P1, P2, P3, P4.Knowledge of Request, changes, problem management.Understand the on-call process while raising critical issues.General Responsibilities:Communication skill via phone, email, and live chat.Ensure that best practices and standards are followed.Identify areas of improvement and implement them within timelines.Initiate, demonstrate, and assume ownership of improvement areas of functionalities.Follow established guidelines, processes, design standards and enterprise development.Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes and procedures to enhance end user experience and operational efficiency.Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned, providing technical expertise and support as needed.Manage hardware stock levels, and order IT equipment as required.Always ensure availability of end user devices.Technical Skills:Knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Azure Active Directory, Rights Management Services (RMS).Support connectivity issues for LAN and WiFi connections. Good understanding of TCP/IP and LAN / WAN networking.Work with end user technologies that facilitate BYOD (CYOD, COPE etc.).Seniority Level:Entry level
