Your new role
As an Accounts Admin Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable. Your role will include professional follow-up for billing and invoicing, data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining various registers and databases. You will also handle digital filing and work with PDF and Office documents. Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.
What you'll need to succeed
* Professional oral and written communication skills
* High level of confidentiality
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
* Advanced capabilities in Excel for analytical reports
* Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or similar
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills
* Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software
* Knowledge of Office365
* Current NT Driving Licence (C class or higher)
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
