Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Orange, NSW
Steamatic Central West is a rapidly growing family-owned and operated branch that services the entire Central West region of New South Wales.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generating and populating Assessment & Completion Reports following job attendance
* Submitting reports, invoices, and relevant documents to Insurance Companies and Builders
* Generating time, materials, and labour in preparation for invoicing following job completion
* Working to deadlines to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
* Answering phones and responding to email enquiries
* Assisting with general Admin duties, including data entry, database, and file management
* Providing administration support to customers, crew, and all other relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
* Intermediate competence in Microsoft Office suites
* Ability to work unsupervised and independently with the ability to complete tasks and meet set deadlines
* Positive 'can-do' attitude and being a team player
