About the Role Ogilvy Sydney is looking for a highly motivated and organised Delivery Manager to join our evolving team. For our clients, we deliver work across traditional channels, including TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital, social, etc. In this newly created role, we will be using the latest technologies (AI & Automation) to create & deliver our work. This role would be suitable for an Account Executive or Account Manager with delivery experience looking to move into a delivery-focused area of our business. Key Responsibilities Work with your Account Manager partner in your assigned Retail Squad to gain an understanding of project requirements; scope projects to available client budgets, develop end-to-end project plans and cost estimates in collaboration with TV, print and digital producers and other specialists. Lead daily stand-up meetings to drive the project forward. Ensuring that tasks and milestones in the project plan are completed on time. Responsible for bringing in the right person at the right time Ensure risks and issues are managed/mitigated actively and proactively throughout the project; resolve any blockers to ensure the project stays on track (e.g. client, partner agencies, production timings, etc.) Manage project scope and monitor project burn rate, and flag any overruns as and when they emerge. Manage the automation process between onshore & offshore departments & business units, leading daily Q&A sessions during the postproduction phase. Responsible for quality assurance of all assets during ideation, development, & dispatch Responsible for the dispatch of assets to media or publications About You You have project or account management experience in a creative agency or similar environment. You have experience with integrated campaigns with digital, social and traditional (TV, radio, print, OOH) deliverables. You can proactively anticipate obstacles and create solutions. You can work effectively and collaboratively with other departments. You are proficient with project management & workflow tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Miro, Wrike, etc.). You understand the intricacies of how great work gets made; excellent relationships with creative partners that drive creative excellence. You have strong project management skills and a good understanding of 360 production processes and the creative agency project life cycle. You have strong structural skills with a desire to improve process Strong financial skills and a proven ability to bring projects in on time and on/under budget. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
